Hi, I’m Jen Fracisco, and I’m running for Apple Valley City Council because I believe every person deserves to be heard. I don’t have all the answers, but I promise to listen with an open mind, ask thoughtful questions, and make decisions with honesty, fairness, and transparency.

I believe strong communities are built when neighbors know one another, respect one another, and work together—even when they don’t always agree. My goal is simple: help people, strengthen our community, and leave Apple Valley better than we found it.
